ready4life supports you in your health and in dealing with your friends and work colleagues. ready4life helps you to reduce stress, solve conflicts and go your own way.


The offer is aimed at learners in vocational schools and training companies in Switzerland.

1st goal of the app

The goal is to promote the life skills of learners. These include e.g. the correct handling of stress, the strengthening of social competence as well as the ability to resist the consumption of addictive substances.

2nd process

Learners log in to the app with a password (see access point). Then they choose a coach (avatar), who accompanies them through the program. After an initial survey, the learners receive an individualized competence profile on the topics addressed in the program. By means of traffic light colors the participants (TN) are signaled, in which areas a coaching is meaningful. For a period of 4 months, participants receive individualized messages via the coaching app to promote their life skills and to reduce health risks. In the subject areas of alcohol and tobacco, they also receive individualized news for the promotion of smoking cessation and for the low-risk use of alcohol. By answering questions and participating in contests, the cognitive engagement with the program content is interactively promoted. Contests also create a social connection to other participants from their "community". The program is linked to a competition. With their active participation the participants collect points.

3. Conditions for study participation

In order to participate in the study, participants must be between 15 and 25 years old and attend the 10th grade or a vocational school in Switzerland.

4. Access

Access to this app is possible via password, TN obtained from a pulmonary league specialist or a teacher.
If TN have not received a password, they can also sign in the app "without password".
