Axle Me Out Too addresses the biggest inconvenient of most apps that help truck drivers axle out on single platform scale: Truck configuration.
Most apps that help truck drivers to axle out on single platform scale are designed for a specific kind of truck. The most common configuration is tractor with 53 feet trailer. This configuration is covered by most apps allowing the driver to enter 3 weights, for each group of axles, calculating the individual weight per group of axles.
But what about truck configurations as b-trains, or double / triple trailers where the axle configuration is completely different?
Axle Me Out Too tries to solve this problem, giving a generic solution for axle-ing out.
The approach is to only present the driver with a single scale reading field, that the driver completes each time he pulls another axle group on the scale (different axle groups are available). The driver can also state how many axles have exited the scale once a new group has entered it.
The process is repeated until all axles have been read, and the driver is presented with the calculations for any number of axles.
