Commercial & Non-Commercial Vehicles:
- Last 4 of VIN
- Tag Number

Farm Vehicle:
- Last 4 of VIN
- Tag Number
- Exempt Permit Number

Birth Certificates:
- First, Middle, Last Name
- City and County of Birth
- Parental Information
