This application has access division based on user account level, namely Admin, Management and Employees. Each level has its own functions and access to help speed up operations and monitor laundry progress more efficiently.

Employees can make laundry transactions easily through the application. Every transaction made will be recorded and its status can be tracked. Employees can also report the status of the laundry process via the application, ensuring data transparency and accuracy by scanning the QR code.

Management can monitor and report laundry results after the process is complete. Through this application, Management can access and create reports regarding laundry results at the outlets visited. This report helps Management to monitor service quality and ensure customer satisfaction at each outlet.
