- Track your brain health with the sound of your voice.
- Track your vitals using just your phone camera.
- Send and receive secure in-app messages with your care team. Send a text message, audio message, video message, or send files, including documents, photos, and videos.
- Request a call from your care team at a time of day that's convenient for you in the format you prefer (audio only or audio and video). You'll receive the call through the app, ensuring a secure virtual visit calling experience.

To deliver the best experience possible, Percipio Health is currently only available to those directly invited by their care team. You cannot use this app if you have not received an invitation.
