Special: We have the 24-hour self-service contactless studio, free WiFi and social media options for listening to music individually during training.

Core power courses: Training is carried out in various exercises with super bands, mini bands, kettleballs, spacebar course weights/bars, penalty coordination boxes, core slides and steppers.
