Pharmacy app functionality:

1- Creation of tasks for employees with assignment, comment in the task and different statuses (in progress, processed etc.), these tasks can be seen on the task dashboard but also on the task calendar.

2- Initialization of the schedule of employees (pharmacist, preparers, students) according to their working day in accordance with the contract, entry of their overtime, absence, request for leave etc. It allows to have the collaborative vision on the calendar present and absent to facilitate the management of leave requests.

3- Accounting vision established directly at the end of each month and ready to be sent by email and Excel file to the accountant for each employee (number of days worked, number of holidays, overtime, etc.)

4- retro, i.e. exchanging products between pharmacists directly via the app by recording purchase orders directly in the app, which centralizes all exchanges and orders.
