1) User/Patient.

Book Appointment: User have to fill up all necessary details first, Must mention there booking for whom, they have automatically assign nearby lab and nearby active phlebo from his/her home (or address he/she submitted) Which can be changed by user based on their preference. Assignment is based on certain parameters like accreditation, user rating, distance from pt’s location, availability of tests in lab etc…

New User: They will fill Name, Date, Address, Visit date, time. On the basis of mobile number and password new user will register.
Register User Register user will enter only mobile number, visit for, address if it Is different than his/her address, date & time of visit, for whom if not already submitted.
After completion of visit:User/ Patient needs to sign on order form online or use OTP or other mechanism to acknowledge and accept service agreement.

My Booking: It will contain list of the all booking where service related information will shown. User can check reports including Lab Reports also according to the services.

Phlebo

Phlebo Registration: Phlebo can register from here with all required details. If phlebo will not mention his/her work address then it will automatically to assign near by of his/her home.
Phlebo App:In this phlebo will check his daily task.
My Visits: in this, phlebo can see his/ her visits and financial matters
