PicSpeak no longer works as of May 1, 2021, due to updates in the translation API in the app. The developer is moving on to bigger things so keep an eye out for those!

PicSpeak automatically detects and reads languages that use the Latin alphabet in real-time and it translates up to 7 languages. PicSpeak will read to you text that you cant read yourself using natural sounding voices installed in your phone. PicSpeak continues to develop and will soon have many more languages and features. PicSpeak is unlike any other OCR applications which focus on pdf capturing, PicSpeak focuses on capturing and translating anything from street signs to office documents. PicSpeak can read text of a live camera preview and translate that text with little to no errors.
