College graduates are required to have academic knowledge, skills of thinking, management skills, and communication skills. Lack of one of these four skills / skills can lead to reduced quality of graduates. Synergism will be reflected through the ability of graduates to find solutions to the problems they face. Thus, the thoughts and behavior shown by students will be creative (unique and useful) and constructive (can be realized). The ability to think and act creatively can be practiced by every human being especially those who enjoy higher education. Creativity is an integrative incarnation of the three main factors in human beings, namely: mind (cognitive), feeling (affective), and skills (psychomotor). In the mind factor there is imagination, perception and reason. Feeling factors consist of emotions, aesthetics and harmonization. While the skill factor contains talent, physiology and experience. Thus, so that students can reach the creative level, the three factors intended are sought to be optimal in an activity called the Student Creativity Program (PKM). In 2019, Udayana University hosted the PKM PIMNAS. This activity will be attended by 460 PKM Teams from 150 Universities throughout Indonesia
