The app updates the map and users every 5 minutes and if people are on the servers, you get a notification every half hour that there is activity.

If you switch off notifications / notices for "today", it will not send anything until 8 in the morning when it resets that switch if the weekly switch is activated.

If you switch off notifications / notices for "This week", it will not send anything until Monday morning at 8 o'clock when it resets both switches.
