Forfee is an app designed for freelancers who want to track their work and analyze their earnings.

? Client Management
From the home page, you can create and manage your client list. Each client has a dedicated section with:
– a calendar to record the services performed day by day
– the ability to add daily notes
– a monthly chart to instantly view earnings trends

? Customizable Service Types
You can create services dedicated to a specific client or shared among all clients. Three service types are available:
– Fixed Price → Set the price and enter the quantity when registering
– Percentage → Set the percentage of earnings and let the app calculate your share
– Variable Price → You specify the amount directly when registering

? Earnings Analysis
You have a section dedicated to analyzing your earnings. You can monitor your progress month by month or get an annual overview, thanks to interactive graphs.

? Tax estimates (currently only for the flat-rate regime in separate management)
If you are a VAT registered taxpayer in the flat-rate regime in separate management, by entering the few required data you will receive:
– an estimate of the taxes to be paid for the current year
– a dynamic tax projection for the following year
– advice on how much to save each month based on your earnings and tax estimates

? Security of your data
Everything is saved only on your device. If you want, you can manage backups and restores on Google Drive completely independently.
