The agenda is organized according to the school's schedule and based on the responsible person who is with them: moms, dads, caregivers, grandmothers, grandparents, uncles, aunts and couples.

Create your family by putting a name and add it to the people that make it up. The "elders" must be previously registered in the application and you must invite them to be part of the family through the email with which they signed up.

To add the children, click on the + symbol and fill in the information requested. When you tell him that you are a minor, he will ask you for the date of birth and the school he attends.

Select the school your children attend and, if you do not find it, search for "schedule" the school that best suits your circumstances.

You have to indicate the person responsible for the child to take it and pick it up from school.

School entrance and exit activities will be automatically created and you will be notified 30 minutes in advance. It will also propose a healthy and daily lunch and dinner menu, so you can plan better.


If you want to change the person responsible for entering and leaving the school, you must enter the profile of the child and edit it by changing the person in charge. The proposal of the new responsible person must be accepted and the new activities that must be done with the children will come out. The previous responsible person will no longer visualize the activities of the children for whom they are not responsible.

If you want to add other activities, such as extracurricular classes or different entry and exit times, you can do it manually by adding activities and sharing them with the children or adults with whom they will be doing.

It is not possible to vary the hours of entry and exit of the school that are created automatically when registering a minor. It is also not possible to put a person in charge at the entrance and another at the exit. If you need to change it, you have to change the responsibility and wait for the responsibility to be accepted.

If it does not fit your needs, you can create activities and share them with family members: from the entrance of the school to the visit to a museum, everything can be shared. The difference with the activities assigned to a school is that the responsibility is only for one person and to pass a responsibility, it must be accepted. You will not get the school menu either (if it appears). The menu proposed by Family Plan will be available in the Blog.

You can also create Notes and share them with the whole family or only with some of your relatives. The Notes can also be a List type, ideal to include everything that is missing and make the purchase.

It is important to have your own objectives, so you have a section to put your own challenges and mark them as overcome every time you get it: drink two liters of water every day and go to the gym twice a week, for example.

Creating the objectives that you want your children to fulfill is important to follow them up (that we do not forget) and that they feel responsible for their own actions and mark them as surpassed: from reading every day to ten minutes until they are divided between the children who has to set the table.

In addition, you can create several families which allows you to be the caretaker of your sister's children and also to have your own family. Or have the information of children of different fathers or mothers, if you are separated.
