We offer Olympic Lifting, Strength & Conditioning, Power Lifting sessions within our main focus sessions called MOTIV8FX. We also have our fantastic Slim'n'6 Bootcamp which is one of the premier fitness and weight-loss bootcamps around. We offer personal one to one or group sessions.
