Play Your Talent can be advantageously used in companies:

The app's system can, via a real-time quiz, give employees and managers insight into their personal talent results directly on the phone in 12 minutes. The app's sysgtem can also display aggregate statistics across the company's results as soon as everyone has answered and the quiz is finished. When the individual talent score appears with the group statistics, the results will be anonymous. Talents can be seen by the individual, but not by others.

The overall result can be presented "in real time" on a presenter board. Here you can see what talents are present in defined departments and teams. The differences and similarities of the team will be immediately visible. Then you can quickly and efficiently begin developing the talent of the company, focusing on how to optimize collaboration and work to solve tasks smarter.
