How does it work?

Configure your MQTT Broker credentials in the app.

Create a Group and add a Device (e.g., a light). Omni Remote will show you the topics to use (e.g., living room/light/command and living room/light/status). Program your board (Arduino/ESP) to subscribe to the command topic and publish to the status topic.
