The Pneu Amine mobile application was designed by the Société Tunisienne des Industries de Pneumatique (S.T.I.P).
It offers STIP customers a variety of services including in particular a digital service dedicated to the management of customer complaints.
Users can thus declare their complaint and follow their treatment throughout the process.
Services offered to users include:
- The declaration of complaint
- Consultation of their complaints
- Information on expert visits
- Monitoring the processing of complaints
- Notifications at every step of the processing process
