Stay informed with announcements and service provision additions directly in the palm of your hand. When accessing the "Service Provision Announcement" option, you will find an ordered list from most recent to oldest, ensuring that you are always up to date. Pay attention to the icons, which indicate the presence of pending announcements.

Never miss a shift or shift again!
With the "Shifts and Shifts" feature, you will have access to an ordered list of the most recent shifts. The attention icon will alert you to unseen scales. This way, you can always be aware of your obligations.

Monitoring your productivity has never been easier!
Access the "Productivity Measurement" option to choose contractor options. Remember to select a contractor that you provide services to.

In the "Checking" tab, use the "CHECK-IN" and "CHECK-OUT" buttons to record your arrival and departure time at the contractor. The system will confirm your intention before recording the event. If the "Check Location" option is activated, the system will check if you are within the allowed radius to check-in or check-out. If you are outside, you will receive a message directing you to approach the contractor. It is possible to measure productivity offline.

In the "History" tab, you can review your daily entries. If you forget to check in or out on a day, the system will display an attention icon. You can manually enter the date, time and reason for the event to perform the measurement. You have up to three days after the close of the measurement period to manually add measurements. After this period, or if you need to change a time already registered, contact the productivity manager.

The productivity manager can approve or disapprove manually measured events. In addition, you can determine a limit number of hours in excess of the working day per day, and the break time will be automatically deducted, according to your working hours at the contractor.

In the "Documents" menu, you will find a list of various documents available for download, such as the Term of Adhesion, Notice of Service Provision, Schedules and Schedules, among others. All documents are in PDF format and have been emailed to you. Now, you can easily access them through the app too.
