Fasting in the month of Ramadan (another name is Ramadan) is one of the five pillars of Islam, Muslims must observe it without fail from morning to evening prayer.

In Islam, during fasting, two nightly meals are provided: suhoor - pre-dawn and iftar - evening. It is advisable to finish the pre-dawn meal at least half an hour before dawn, iftar should be started immediately after the evening prayer.

It is especially important to perform a five-time daily prayer (prayer) in Ramadan on time - during prayer, they mainly recite verses from the Koran and glorify God while taking various poses at the same time.

The fast of Ramadan is intended to instill in a person the fear of God, which keeps a person from any obscene deed.

Ramadan ends the second most important holiday - Eid al Fitr (Feast of Conversation), which occurs on the last day of the holy month, after sunset and lasts three days.
