In general, the science of jurisprudence is divided into two large parts, namely the Fiqh of Worship and the Fiqh of Muamalah. Fiqh of Worship includes discussion of ritual worship such as Thaharah, Prayer, Zakat, Hajj and Fasting. Meanwhile, Muamalah Fiqh in a broad sense includes discussion of laws relating to human relations with others. Such as Ahkam Iqtisodiyah, Ahkam Madaniyah, Hudud, Ahkam Dauliyah, Munakahat and others.
