The app has a function to request SOS to the family and 911 by pressing the ON button on the main screen, and a function to request SOS by pressing the emergency call and emergency message button.

When the ON button is pressed, three functions are executed at the same time.
The three functions are siren sound, current location transmission (to the police and family at the same time), and video recording (1 hour).

Emergency call is a function that sends a message about the current location and a message written by the user while talking to the police or 911.

[Service Details]
1. When you press the ON button on the main screen, the siren sound and video are recorded, and the current location is transmitted to the family and police.
-> The video is automatically ended and saved after recording for up to 1 hour.
-> The content of the location information message sent to the family is “Please check the location and contact us, location link”.
-> Messages sent to the police are urgent messages.
-> The location information recipients are family members (3 people), police or emergency services.
-> You can use recorded videos as evidence.
-> Video recording is recorded without preview screen.

2. Emergency call and emergency message function.
-> An emergency message is sent while talking to the police, 911.
-> Emergency message is the current location message and the message written by the user.
-> Among the emergency messages, the location message is “Help me!, It’s Here, address”.

[How to use]
1. If you press the ON button on the main screen, a siren will sound, a video will be recorded, and a message of your current location will be sent to your family and police.
-> If the siren checkbox is checked, the siren is turned off.
-> If you press the volume (-) button to silence, the siren will not sound.
2. Press the STOP button to end recording and save.
-> Location transmission message is not interrupted because it is transmitted at the same time as ON.
3. The video storage path is “My Files -> Internal Memory -> DCIM -> Larme”.
-> Even if the app is deleted, the video stored in the phone is not deleted.
4. GPS must be turned on to transmit my location.
However, the location may not be accurate depending on the communication environment or the condition of your mobile phone.

1. Check with the police or emergency services to see if the emergency call number can receive messages.
2. If you record a video for 1 hour, you need 5.1GB of mobile phone memory.
-> Check your phone's memory.
3. In some countries, when using the emergency call or emergency message function, the location information (address) message may not be transmitted.
-> Try testing with a non-emergency number.
4. Depending on the settings of the mobile phone or the type of mobile phone, some phone numbers (e.g., emergency call numbers such as 112, 122, 911) may need to be pressed once more to make a call.
5. If the text on the app screen looks large or small, you can adjust the screen size in ”Settings -> Display -> Screen zoom” of your phone.
