The app reminds you to stand at times you set for days that you set. You can opt out of notifications if you want. It then also allows you to track your daily progress in a visual manner, and rewards you for completing your set goal.

What if I like my chair more than I like you huh?

The app can be used for basically any sort of repeating goals that you may have for certain days. I have other projects on my list, but if requested by people I can add a feature that will allow users to modify the notification message they receive.
