The CuidarMe mobile app is designed to provide a comprehensive and personalized approach to preventive management and health risk monitoring for affiliated users. It allows simple and secure access through user validation, offering registration and authentication with accurate data verification.
Upon logging in, the user finds an intuitive main menu that includes:
Home: View and periodically update the patient's personal and medical information such as name, age, ID, sex, date of birth, email, phone number, and EPS.
Your Appointments: Access an organized and updated history of upcoming medical appointments, detailing the date, specialty, and attending physician.
Your Programs: Track the programs or health pathways assigned to the patient, showing the program name, the physician responsible for the next appointment, the next appointment date, and current participation status.
Results: View a list of laboratory tests ordered with a 6-month range from today's date. It includes a link that takes you to the laboratory results service page.
Medications: View prescriptions so the patient can track their medications. This includes the date, medication name, quantity, dosage, and any indications.
Self-care: Access to self-administered surveys and scales that assess risk factors and health status, allowing the user to identify potential health problems or worsening conditions early.
In addition, all of this is connected to a parallel web platform that allows the medical team to conduct detailed patient follow-up and communicate effectively with them to strengthen their participation in health management.
CuidarMe uses a modern technology stack that includes React Native for the mobile app, Next.js for the web platform, Node.js (Express/NestJS) for the backend/API, and databases such as MongoDB, ensuring robustness, security, and scalability. All of this is aligned with the Zentria brand, whose purpose is to integrate care into every step, demonstrating comprehensive, preventive, and personalized attention aimed at the well-being of each user.
