The HACCP game was developed by Précon to test your knowledge of HACCP and compare it with, for instance, other participants in a training course. On the basis of a described practical situation you will be asked to put a number of HACCP steps in the correct order and to place the correct examples. Finally you will be asked to position the CCP.
