PERSONAL CREDIT LINE TERMS
• Credit limit amounts: KSh 100 to KSh 10,000
• Daily interest is charged on the amount of credit you borrow, ranging from 0.25% to 0.6%
You are required to pay off your line of credit by the due date to avoid late payment interest equal to 8% of outstanding balances will be applied.
In accordance with The Excise Duty Act, you will also be charged 20% Excise Duty on daily interest and late payment interest, which is payable by Paysync Technologies to the Kenya Revenue Authority.
All amounts payable by you for any credit line will be displayed prior to you accepting the credit line and disbursement by us to your mobile money wallet.
You will have ongoing access to cash if you clear your outstanding balance and keep your Paysync Technologies relationship in good standing (some exclusions apply). All lines of credit are subject to terms and conditions. Always study the terms and conditions and the disclosure statements before proceeding with any transaction.
