The procedure for criminal proceedings on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan is determined by the Code of Criminal Procedure. The procedure for criminal proceedings established by this Code is uniform and mandatory for all courts, prosecution, investigation, inquiry, advocacy bodies, as well as citizens.
