If you have any problems with scanning the drug labeling codes using the disposal registrar, follow these steps:
1. Install the app and give permission for the camera.
2. Scan the package with the problem code using your phone camera. You will get an image of the DataMatrix code on your phone screen.
3. Scan this code with the disposal logger.

* If the code is not scanned, try increasing the brightness of the screen on the phone, and increasing the distance from the disposal registrar to the phone, optimally 30-40 cm.
