In order to increase the discipline of ASN and Non ASN Employees in Bintan Regency, the Kominfo and BKPSDM Services built an Online Presence application.

An Android-based Presence Application in the Bintan Regency Government Environment exists to provide convenience to users in making attendance and evaluating discipline for both ASN and Non ASN in the Bintan Regency Government Environment. This application has also been integrated with the Bintan Regency Performance E Application.
