UBT (Ubiquitous Based Test) is a test system that can be done anywhere. While EPS Topic (Test of Proficiency in Korean) is a special Korean language test system for workforce requirements. So that the UBT EPS Topic is a Korean language test system that can be done using a variety of devices and anywhere.

The UBT test system will not be bound by space, time and devices so that it allows users to work on exam questions using Android, Tablets, Computers and Laptops. The main requirements for using the UBT application are an internet connection and supported device specifications.

The characteristics of UBT are the same as CBT (Computer Based Test) and tests using paper or PBT (Paper Based Test). The difference between CBT and UBT lies in the device used.
