The summary window is a quick window showing you the following:
- How long it's been since your last ciagarette
- How much money you've saved to date
- How much life you've recovered
- Craving Intensity Bar
The Craving Intensity bar shows you the intensity of wanting a cigarette, based on the nicotine levels that should be in your body.
The share function, lets you easily share the summary of your current progress to social media.
A personal story behind my own success:
My first failed attempt at quitting, was when I tried the method of distraction - just not thinking about it. But this ended up failing, because I fell back into my normal patterns just from habit.
My successful attempt, was when I was kept consciously aware of my body's state. Knowing that I am in the high craving mode, meant I kept reminding myself why I was quitting. It made me make active decisions against triggers.
