Xplora is a multi-project multi-tenant mobile app that can be used by multiple companies with multiple projects where user groups can be segregated accordingly.

Xplora is designed for the mining industry, and it contains three critical areas of a mining operation Exploration with messaging, Health and safety and Finance.

Admin panel
Xplora has a web-based admin panel where key organizational representatives can enter their daily, weekly, monthly, and annual goals and update them daily with the actual results so that employees can track their goals daily in real-time on the go. The admin panel also contains the user management giving levels of authority where who sees what data on the app.

Exploration
The exploration covers the goals related to drill holes and drill rigs where the drilled depth of each drill hole is monitored daily with the planned, targeted and achieved. The drill data can be shared in text, pictures, or videos on the messaging app.

Messaging
Xplora has a powerful messaging tool where messages can be tracked based on a project or even at a drill-hole level. Xplora has solved the problem of Geologists who uses other tools, where all messages come sequentially on one thread where sorting and saving data is next to impossible. Xplora can send messages with attachments that can be tagged to a #tag, which can be retrieved based on #tags. The good news is that Xplora messaging is way more potent than other messaging tool and retains all company-sensitive data within the company. Even if an employee leaves, data will remain with the company as long as the company wants to keep them.

Health and Safety
Xplora Health and Safety covers regulatory and compliance requirements for employees in mining, where records the attendance of health and safety meetings, scheduling of meetings, reporting of incidents and alerting of dangers having the capability to inform supervisors with pictures and videos.

Finance
Xplora Finance tracks the project budgets where employees will be aware of the budget spent vs. achieving set goals. Xplora uses the latest project management tools to let you know at any given time whether the project is on time, behind or ahead of the set goals.


We anticipate Xplora will increase productivity and save the company between 20 and 30 percent in operating expenses. Xplora's purpose is to facilitate secure, efficient, and effective internal communication.
