• RDC Project is a professional and highly structured IT platform, meeting the standard of German companies and institutions for the capture and management of several data remotely. It can operate as a support tool for the development of the DRC.
• It is a Congolese Network of Skills that unites experts from the diaspora and those in the country to support the vision of the Head of State and rebuild the DRC together. Any Congolese can use this network to make their contribution remotely without having to travel to the headquarters of the institutions in Kinshasa. The data is entered and transmitted via the Internet on the secure platform www.projetrdc.com, which is already operational and has aroused enthusiasm among many Congolese in the diaspora.
• Channel the various projects proposed by Congolese through this platform in order to assess them in treatment centers and entrust them to the appropriate institutions.
• Use this Congolese network of skills to allow the State to have recourse to working groups made up of specialists capable of solving various problems facing the country.
