The A1 Series of the 2021 Brazilian Women's Football Championship will be the 9th edition of the largest national competition, organized by the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF).

As in previous editions, the championship will have 16 teams that will play in a single round, ranking the eight best placed. The next phase will be in the knockout format, in round-trip games. Also, the competition is classified for the Supercopa do Brasil which will be held from 2022 with 4 teams in the top 12, with only 1 per state plus the top 4 in the A2 Series of 2021. The competition is scheduled to start in the April 17th and ends on September 26th.
