Coach Yourself is intended to support people in maintaining and promoting their mental health. The app can be used independently and guided, together with carers.
The app's starting point is self-tracking. The mood and (health-promoting) everyday activities can be documented. These are already stored, but can be added by the client independently and together with his/her supervisor. Tracking offers the opportunity to learn about the course of well-being and how it relates to activities. Users can decide whether or not they want to share their entries with supervisors or third parties. This means that users have control over their data. If you do not want to share your entries, they will only be saved on your own device.
Since the app is in an initial phase of development, the target group is (still) limited to adult clients of the pro mente group in Carinthia and people interested in further development.
