By means of an entry questionnaire, we will know your person, the type of athlete you are, your previous sports history and your habits.

You will have a personal folder in which the weekly programs will be loaded, your race calendar, the tables with your Training Zones, any tests performed or you will perform.

Furthermore, if you choose the TOP Rider subscription, you will share the Coach training files for a more detailed analysis and you will have a direct chat via Whatsapp.
