In this app, the actual proverb is written in tamajeq, then repeated 3x in audio, then written in French. We would like people in addition to listening to the proverb, also to learn it by heart. This especially for the younger generation, who often do not realize the wisdom of their elders. The purpose of this application is to contribute to the knowledge of the Tamajeq culture, first of all by targeting the Tamajeq people themselves, then anyone who is interested in it. We hope that the Tamajeq will take a more liking to read in their language. We give neither explanation nor interpretation to these proverbs. We leave it to the recipients to appreciate these proverbs at their true value and to adapt them to their context.
