RECEIVE CLAIM STATUS UPDATES: Receive real-time updates on your claim status and get push notifications for important claim-related information.

SUBMIT DOCUMENTS: Use your device's camera to upload claim documents, reducing the need to scan and email documents separately.

CHOOSE PAYMENT OPTIONS: Choose how you receive your claim payments: direct deposit or check, depending on your preference.

SEAMLESSLY MANAGE YOUR CLAIM ON ANY DEVICE: If you already started a claim on the MyBenefits website, it's simple to switch to the app to manage your claim on the go. To visit the web experience, go to www.prudential.com/mybenefits .
