The purpose of this tool is to develop a uniform, real time, accurate and transparent monitoring system to strengthen TCI team and review mechanism where data based decision making can be facilitated. A mobile app is developed as to create standardized monitoring mechanism for all the states and cities. Currently this is being used by 5 states (Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha) . The number of states may vary (between 1-5), and the cities displayed are tailored according to the selected state and the logged-in user's location or access permissions.

Android based mobile app integrates all PMIS tools which assess monthly and quarterly implementation of HII/HIPs and also its quality. It also tracks coaching efforts of TCI team in different platforms. This integrated platform not only served as assessment platform also function as coaching tool for team as it provides them real time scoring while assessing HII/HIP for any facility and help them in action planning.
