Access to the application requires your Company Website Name (in TAMS) and Facility Activation Code. This information can be obtained by a Master Admin User logging into TAMS and navigating to the Settings Menu. The Facility Activation Code can be located by clicking the "Facility Site" link on the right-hand side of the screen near the bottom.

To use the application, your TAMS User Name and Password must be entered once it has been downloaded to your Android device.
