Top Coach is a premium personalised service and runs up to fifty group sessions per week, along with one on one or group personal training in the privacy of our New Fitness Studio or any of our Licensed outdoor areas.

From Beginners to Advanced.
Indoors and Outdoors.
From 5:15 am until 8:00 pm every week day.
Plus we have sessions available Saturday, Sunday mornings and public holidays.

Top Coach will work with you to provide guidance on technique at an intensity level specific to what your goals are & scalable to your ability. All sessions are one hour in duration except for our express session being 45 minutes.
