PULSE is a Holistic Athlete Management System that tracks both physical and mental health. The app integrates data from multiple sources, including smartwatches and advanced sports wearables, sensors, devices and equipment. Simultaneously, mental health tracking is done through sports psychology screening.

Our algorithm combines and analyses all this data to provide athletes with a ''PULSE Score'' and associated recommendations. These help athletes know what to do next, and provide them with a complete picture of their well-being, which allows for more practical & effective recommendations for performance maximisation, recovery improvement, and injury prevention.
