dCoach is a digital solution designed with health professionals, aimed at improving the management of type 2 diabetes (DM2). dCoach provides you with tools to help you better understand and control your diabetes. With the help of the dCoach application, you will be able to better understand your health status and make decisions that have a positive effect on your daily life.
The information that you register in the app about your status will be shared with your health professional, so that they can know what your situation is in a more continuous and remote way.
