Do you want to judge the beer you are drinking more effectively? Do you want to make sure your UnTappd ratings are consistent? The BRAT is a simple and quick to use app with which you can generate a star rating out of five.

To use, simply judge the beer using the categories provided: aroma, appearance, flavour, mouthfeel, and overall drinking experience. Then press ‘Copy to Clipboard’ to calculate a total star rating out of five – calculated using 0.25 star increments – which you can then enter into your UnTapped. You can also now paste your scoring process into your UnTappd comment section.

The format of the exported score is as follows:
Aroma: _ / 5
Appearance: _ / 1
Flavour: _ / 8
Mouthfeel: _ / 2
Overall: _ / 4
