It was imagined that men were from Mars and women were from Venus. One day, long ago, the Martians looked through their telescopes and discovered the people of Venus.
With a fleeting glance, the people of Venus awakened feelings that the people of Mars had never experienced before. They fell in love, quickly invented spaceships, and flew to Venus. The people of Venus opened their arms and welcomed the people of Mars.
They instinctively knew that this day would come. Their hearts opened wide to a love they had never felt before.
The love between them was magical and they were so happy to be together. Even though they were from different worlds, they found joy despite their differences.
They spent months learning about each other, exploring and appreciating their different needs, preferences, and behavioral patterns.
Then they decided to travel to Earth. Everything was amazing and beautiful, but the influence of the Earth's atmosphere overcame them and they woke up, and each of them suffered from a certain type of amnesia, selective amnesia. They forgot that they were from different worlds.
They forgot what they had learned about their differences, and from that day on men and women were at odds.
