Using this app, railway employees of Asansol Division (who are living in railway quarters) can submit their complaints related to the type of issues they are facing and the concerned department will take the necessary actions to resolve it ASAP.
The employees need to register in the app itself and then they will be able to login and create the complaints. Employees can also track the status of the complaint whether it is pending or closed. If the complaint has been closed incorrectly and issues are remain same, they have the ability to reopen the complaint by putting the comments on it within 48 hours of closing.
