Atalo improves and simplifies communication between property management (or landlords) and their tenants. It is comprised of two systems, a mobile app and an administrator website.​

The mobile app allows tenants to communicate with the management company, create maintenance requests, book available services, and receive live updates

The administrator web application provides real-time monitoring and messaging tools, allows for creation of engaging content for tenants with a simple drag and drop interface, tracks maintenance requests, package notifications and even creates customised services with booking capabilities
