The Industry Address Verification Service Mobile App is built to aid Partner Agencies who have been licensed to handle address verification services on behalf of partner Financial institutions.

Credentials for access to the mobile app will be profiled and handle by the Partner Agencies and all Agents under these Agencies will be required to login with 2 factor authentication.

The App houses the request and all necessary information to aid the verification exercise
Agents are able to reset their passwords where information is lost
Upon access, Agents are able to access verification tasks assigned to them
All verification exercise and data input are to be handled within the APP
Agents are able to verify and fail an address verification task on the APP
Feedback mechanisms have been implemented to ensure users are able to adequately provide feedback on their task and experiences
The platform is fully transparent to all users and available to the regulator as mandated
All activity on the platform is fully automated and devoid of human intervention
