Dashboard Overview

Scanning Point:
Receive or deliver your parcels by scanning.

Total Parcel:
View the total number of parcels assigned to you.

Total Delivered:
See the total number of parcels you have successfully delivered.

Total Pending:
Check how many parcels are currently pending.

Total Canceled:
View the number of parcels that have been canceled.

Total Hold:
See how many parcels are currently on hold.

On the Way:
View parcels that are currently in transit.



Admin Due:
Shows the total amount of money you need to submit to the admin.

Today's Admin Due:
Displays the amount the admin should receive from you based on today's delivered parcels.

Delayed Admin Due:
If there is any delay in submitting payments for delivered parcels, the overdue amount will be shown here.

Confirm Payment:
To confirm your payment, select the parcels you want to pay for and submit a payment request.

Due Commission:
Riders earn commissions based on parcel pick-ups and deliveries.
Due Commission represents the total commission amount that is yet to be paid to the rider.

Paid Commission:
Paid Commission refers to the commission amount that has already been paid to the rider.

Payment:
When the rider receives commission paid by the admin, a payment invoice is generated. In the Payment section, the rider can view the complete list of all payment invoices.

Parcel Pick:
Shows parcels available for quick pick-up or urgent collection.

Parcels:
Displays all your parcels.

Parcel Details:
On the Parcel Details page, the rider can view merchant and customer information, directly call the merchant or customer, and update the parcel status. Riders can also add optional notes while updating the status.
