About Us:
We are the Hafawaa Association for Hajj, Umrah, and Visitor Services. We are one of the associations technically supervised by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and specialize in serving the guests of God. In 2024, we received first place in serving the guests of God – Tourism Sector. The association aims to provide the highest quality services to the guests of God in accordance with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

To be pioneers in providing the finest services For the guests of God, reflecting the generosity of Saudi hospitality and fulfilling the aspirations of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, by actively contributing to making the Hajj, Umrah, and visitor experience unforgettable, easy, and convenient.

Mission:

The Hafawa Association seeks to highlight the meaning of welcoming and receiving guests of God, meeting their needs, enriching their spiritual experience, and activating the community in serving these pilgrims through strategic partnerships and distinguished expertise, in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

Association Objectives:

1- Participating with entities working to serve pilgrims, Umrah performers, and visitors.

2- Welcoming, honoring, and bidding farewell to pilgrims, Umrah performers, and visitors through designated centers and entry points.

3- Supporting and facilitating programs aimed at making the performance of rituals easy and convenient.

4- Providing, developing, and facilitating guidance and awareness services for guests of God.

5- Encouraging all segments of society to volunteer in serving guests of God. 6. Participating in organizing and providing water and food programs for pilgrims.

7. Assisting and honoring pilgrims who are stranded or in need.

8. Contributing to building and shaping a positive image of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's role in serving pilgrims.

9. Encouraging and promoting community participation and supporting them in organizing and implementing hospitality programs.

10. Providing and facilitating services for people with disabilities and the elderly to enable them to perform the rituals with ease.
