The Charity Association for the Care of the Disabled was established in Hail - Hadka on Rajab 17, 1432 AH, registration number (605), by issuance of the decision of His Excellency the Minister of Social Affairs No. (75970) according to the list of charitable associations and institutions operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
